What is cognitive behavioral hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a process that allows you to block the critical factor of your conscious mind. This factor is responsible for stopping changes in your behavior from unhealthy to healthy ones. Once in trance, you feel a deep relaxation and intense focus. This state allows you to change unhealthy habits and easily and naturally substitute healthy behaviors.

All cognitive behavioral hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You guide yourself many times a day into self-hypnosis for example when you:

  1. Daydream
  2. Become emotionally involved
    1. movie
    2. book
    3. other entertainment
  3. Transition into sleep
  4. Enter the zone (focus intently)
  5. Pass your exit – wondering who is driving the car
  6. Etc.

You always keep yourself safe and can easily exit the state whenever you desire or wish. When you are in this trance-like state, you are open to healthy suggestions. Cognitive behavioral hypnosis is a lifetime skill that will help you meet other challenges in your life.

When you are in trance, you are completely safe and secure. For example, you will not do anything you would not ordinarily do.
